I called referred by a recuiter, during the call / video chat, Asked me to describe my background, which i did but i ended up being declined ...Feedback was unable to see the big picture? not sure how they came up with this impression, Job that was available had No job description available and literally guessed and at the discretion of the interviewer answered the background question..Recuiter took no steps to get a sense of how my thinking process is and i am disappointed. and bitter LOL
