I interviewed for Bridgewater Associates a few years ago. The worst interview experience I’ve ever had. The interviewer picks apart your resume and basically makes you defend why it’s not perfect. It’s their tactic to see if you can hold your temper. It was not a pleasant experience and made me feel offended by the end of the interview.

Every interview is recorded. You're put in a room with other candidates who are also interviewing for the same role as you (ie your competitors) for group interviews in the morning. If you're lucky, you make it to the afternoon interviews - which are done 1x1.
