went through 2 phone screens and 3 on-site interview. On site interview had several segments: group discussion, reverse interview where I was offered to interview two existing employees about problems that they were facing, one on one interview with future manager. Second on site interview was focused mainly on my plan for attacking the problem that department was facing: specific questions, reasoning, value/benefit logic, etc. The final interview was with company CIO. Short, questions aren't challenging, felt more likely a formal check.

Very weird...be argumentative and logical and pretend super honesty. Criticize yourself and feed into their bs. Met many people and answered their weird questions. I thought they were all crazy, talking the way they did. The fund manager has cult-like following, so if you mention a few things about him they will love it. Dont criticize the fund though.

They believe in group think and total transparency. Screening interview was recorded as were all of the face to face interviews. Was told to read, study and be prepared to discuss the 100+ page "principles" document from their web site.
They don't care what you know, who you know, what you've done - they care about how you think. Be prepared to answer questions from first-principles. Not surprising, as I was interviewed by early-20-something Hardvard grads with no experience but big chips on their shoulders.
Not a good place for senior/experienced managers - probably a good place for keen & green college grads.
