The process is an entire waste of time. Do not give feedback even after 4 rounds. One of the interviewers acted disinterested to say the least. If an applicant takes 3-4 hours out of their lives to speak with you, the least the firm can do is provide valid feedback. They wouldn't answer the question on why the person that was in the role had left.
