The interview and hiring process was really easy. A friend let me know that Independent Study was hiring and I sent in a resume. I was contacted for an interview a few days later and then had the interview. I followed up a few days later to see if there was anything else I could do and then a few days later I was hired. The interview was simple, really basic questions like "tell me about yourself" and "what is your biggest weakness?" It was a super cliche interview and if you take anytime to prepare you should do well. The key is to show you are outgoing and friendly and that you will fit in well.

Wonderful and sweet. The managers were welcoming and helped me understand the responsibilities of the job. They answered my questions in a kind and professional manner that made me feel comfortable working with them.
