Application, resume, two letters of recommendation, and three interviews. There was no site visit for my particular position, and I was hired over the phone. Everyone in the process was very friendly, but I also knew a number of them from my time as a student at BYU. They were very clear in the interview process about their expectations of whomever was offered the position, and very open to questions about the job.

It was a detailed scenario involving a problem with a couple students. They were looking to see what resources I would use, who else I would involve, and how appropriate I would be with regard to confidential information.

Submit your resume and wait to see if you got to the next step of the interview rounds. Once you were in the interview rounds they evaluated you with the former assistant managers to give you a better scoop of what you were getting into.
