Applying simply consisted of filling out a few grades that I had received in a few specified classes and submitting my resume. It was really easy and took probably 10 minutes total. They also had me upload a resume. They did not have an interview process. They just emailed me saying that I was hired.

Presented application; talked with department heads; followed up on them consistently. They have to work out graduate and undergraduate students available for jobs, and depending on what they know that takes time.
