It was pretty straightforward, quick interview. Asked about my experience and why I want to work as an RA. I told him that my research experience matched well with his interests and therefore would be a good fit. He agreed and we decided to move forward with the process.

Very easy process, lots of opportunities it was a great job and probably the best pay for an on campus job. I really enjoyed it and it provided me with a lot of experience.
