A Bright Horizons recruiter contacted me and discussed job opportunities in my area. She suggested one center over another because the salary potential was higher there. After the recruiter passed my information to the center itself, I was contacted by an Education Coordinator (EC) for an interview.

Nothing was difficult or unexpected, but they did have me go into a classroom for a "working interview," where the teachers assessed my interactions with the children, professionalism, and congeniality. Additionally, they rated me based on my helpfulness and interactions with them.

phone interview first, then an on-site interview with two education coordinators. They ask around 10 questions. Then they let me spent around an hour with kids and talked with the teachers. In general, they are pretty friendly.

Introduced the supervisor team and started to ask some questions. And then go to one classroom. They introduced teachers and kids. I interacted with kids and teachers for 30-40 min. And then back to the office. They told me that they will contacted me in one week.
