I had an interview for 15 minutes first and then was set up with the local one I had applied for. It was zoom due to COVID I met the director and felt very comfortable and it was easy to talk to them. I was given scenarios and answered to the best of my ability.

Standard questions about experience and childcare philosophy. One interview with director and assistant director, questions in office and then a 30 minute working interview took place in the classroom. It was about a week before the offer was made.

Fairly simple, they have a list of questions that must be answered as it’s a corporate childcare setting. Basic preschool teacher questions. Things like how to handle biting, classroom management, customer service, etc.
