The interview consisted first with a phone interview. Once I was moved onto the next stage a school called me and asked me to come in for an in person interview. After I finished the interview, I was brought into the classroom to see how I interacted with the students.

Initial approximately 15 minute phone screen with recruiter. In person interview with center director occurred fairly quickly after passing phone screen. In person interview involved tour and an observation opportunity.
