The interview process was fairly easy, I got contacted by a recruiter after applying and they set me up with an interview with a director and associate director. They asked me a variety of scenarios and what I would do and then gave me their own insights.

What would you do if you are outside on the playground with the children? What would you do if you were changing a child's diaper and in the middle of it, you saw two children fighting? What would you do if a child was crying in your classroom because they missed their family?

Fairly simple, they have a list of questions that must be answered as it’s a corporate childcare setting. Basic preschool teacher questions. Things like how to handle biting, classroom management, customer service, etc.
