I don't know if they mean to be deceptive on purpose but the 1st recruiter scheduled our 30 min session and then mistook it for another day. I was contacted by ANOTHER recruiter who asked me the same questions and said the interview process is long (takes about 3 weeks) but she'll reach out with next steps. Today I get an email the position is closed and it's was only a week after I talked to the 2nd recruiter. Just be transparent and not waste peoples time.
