      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso BrightPath Kids (Phoenix, AZ) nel mese di ott 2025

      Colloquio

The interview process started out great. The recruiter reached out and set up a screening call, I was scheduled for a first interview (virtual) pretty shortly after. That went great, and I heard back in about a week that I would have a 2nd and final (virtual) interview with the Chief Education Officer. I logged into the meeting and waited and waited for over 30 minutes. I finally logged out and sent a polite email explaining that I completely understand unexpected things come up and that I would be happy to set up another time. The Chief Education Officer responded and profusely apologized and we were able to set up another interview that same day. I felt like the interview went great and I got a great responses and conversation with the interviewer. All that is fine and normal…. The part that is absolutely unacceptably rude and unprofessional is that I never heard from them again. I reached out to the recruiter about a week after the final interview just to say thank you etc, I got a short but warm reply that she had not heard an update from the hiring managers but that she would check that day and get back to me soon. That was the last I ever heard from her, and that was almost 3 months ago now. I emailed 2 more times over the next couple of weeks - didn’t want to be pushy, but express my sincere interest in the position etc. I will never understand how you have a more than qualified candidate for a position that is open (and I know it is not a ghost position - they really do need someone for this role) and then NEVER respond. If someone else got the position, that’s totally understandable. But to just ignore/ghost someone who was more than accommodating (and qualified) is beyond rude.
