      The HR sent an email and scheduled a phone interview with me. During the interview, we just went through my resume ask me if I have any questions. The HR person was nice and the whole process took only about 15 minutes. In the end of the call she said she'll talk to the hiring manager. After a week, I received an email telling me that my background is not as competitive as the others.

      Great and very professional, since the first interaction with the company's recruiter till the last in person interview everything was very organized, transparent and well communicated. It took approx. 3 weeks, had 1st interview with the recruiter on the phone, 2nd with the hiring manager on the phone, 3rd in their offices with 6 members of their team.

      Colloquio

      I had first a phone interview with HR in their California office, then a second phone interview with the regional office in Toronto. They happened within the same week. In the first interview, there were many skills-related questions (if you even want to call them "skills-related") such as what is CTR? what is a pivot table? They weren't skills-related, she wanted me to be a dictionary. She judged me very quickly and her attitude was extremely rude. The second phone interview was with my potential manager, but his behaviour was very discriminatory. From the beginning he assumed I am not qualified but proceeded with the 30-minute interview anyways. Both phone interviews had awful quality, I could hardly hear due to echoes from their end. It felt like they turned on speaker phone and there may be other people present. They don't conduct in-person interviews however their screening questions are ridiculous and tedious. They judge you on how confident/fast you can answer their "skills"-related questions. Honestly if this is how they judge people then I am happy I am not a part of this company.
