I was referred by a friend who was leaving the company for a full time position. I met with the program manager by appointment and learned about the community based services I was applying to work with. I received alot of information and felt good about the intent to help every client to the best of our ability.

The hardest question was talking with a 30 year old hiring manager about my willingness to accept his supervision after my 30 years of experience - difficult because it was difficult for him to express without pointing to age as a factor of employment
