The first round is to draft a report on the given material. Research and writing skills are necessary for that, nothing insanely difficult. Later, during an online-call the report is discussed and edited.

Colloquio
First interview over the phone, then a technical case where you write and article, followed then by an onsite interview. At the on-site I was asked various classic interivew questions, however, there was a technical component where you have to come up with an article title on the spot and then edit it.
