Approached by a recruiter - did initial screen, one round with global dept head, one with an outside consultant, a take home quiz and a final round with hiring manager. The recruiter had tried to cover up that the job was 100% in office (despite only 1 or 2 dept peers being on site, not incl manager) completely ghosted after being super involved during the whole process. Not even a canned "we decided to go with someone else" even after following up. I would not recommend bothering with this company.

I interviewed for a Customer Success Manager position and spoke with the hiring manager and her direct report. The conversation itself went well - both were friendly and professional, and we spoke for about 30 minutes. However, it became clear during the discussion that they didn’t have a strong understanding of what the CSM role entailed or what success in the position would look like.
They mentioned they would follow up with next steps, but I never heard back, even after some time passed. It was confusing since the interview felt positive, and I left expecting to continue in the process.
Overall Impression:
The interviewers were pleasant, but the process felt disorganized and lacked follow-through. It would have been helpful to receive a quick update or closure, even if they decided not to move forward.
Advice to the Company:
Ensure hiring teams are aligned on the role’s responsibilities and maintain communication with candidates. A simple follow-up goes a long way in creating a positive candidate experience.

I was contacted by a recruiter via Linkedin. Met with them, then the hiring manager, then took an SEO assessment quiz, and then met with their manager, then had a prep call for the presentation, and then the presentation. The presentation was two parts, and was meant to be 45-50 minutes long. The presentation took me two full days to put together, and I presented to 8 people at the company. Prior to the presentation the recruiter made it clear I would get an offer and how much the team wanted me to join. After my presentation I did not hear anything for over a week, even after I reached out. By the end of the next week they sent me a generic rejection email. I requested feedback since I took 3 days to put together and present the project, and never heard back. Awful business practices and super disappointing.
