The team at Brighthouse invited me to their headquarters for interviews with each stakeholder in the role. I had three 45 minute, one-on-one interviews. I was impressed with the preparation and coordination between the interviewers. Every second of each 45 minute session was productive -- allowing time for Brighthouse to evaluate me and vice versa. The interviews were engaging and productive, rather than robotic.
