A round robin of interviews with four different employees. Two managers and two HR employees. I was asked about my sales knowledge but mainly about my motivation for work and my personality and experiences. The Dude looks for a cultural fit above all else because they really value their company ethos and office culture.

The interview process was a bit lengthy. From an online assessment test, to a presentation, to a phone interview, to the actual in person interview. Overall, the experience was a positive one. Everyone there was very nice and welcoming, even though I didn't get an offer in the end, I would apply for this job again because it seemed like a great place to work!
