Very comfortable, warm welcome, stress free interview. You walk in professionally dressed, are greeted warmly by the staff at the front office, wait in the lobby with your resume in hand, and get called into a smaller office with two of the school's administrators. You get a formal interview and a working interview working with the kids in action.
