There was a sscreening process done over the phone prior to showing up for an interview. There were a series of interviews. I went form one office to another meeting with essentially all of the executives that I would be working for.

Had an interview with them. First phone interview with recruiter went fine. She told me a bit about the company and sent some brochures to my email, went over that for the following video interview the next day with two managers. Immediately felt so uncomfortable they were asking too many personal questions I did not feel was necessary. I found the tone of the interview to be more critical than collaborative, which impacted my ability to communicate as effectively as I would have liked. Also when asked if I know about the company and the role I told them yes from the job description and being told it is a Customer service role, placing orders for CPAP machines. One of the interviewers immediately went into that is not all that we do and then continue to talk about placing orders for CPAP machines, which was contradicting.

The interview was via a pre-recorded video asking questions (not sure if this is standard or COVID procedure), but it was almost more nerve-wracking than an in-person interview. There is obviously no conversation flow or way for them to pick up on positive vibes or anything so definitely lacking in that way, although I understand this is fairly normal now. Not sure if I performed poorly, but they cancelled their search a few weeks later (but on my profile site, it says I was "unsuccessful"). Kind of vague, although may be partially my fault for not following up.
