I received a call from the recruiter inquiring about my resume that I submitted online. He was informative, professional and very helpful during our conversation. He setup a phone call with the department head for the initial phone interview, which took place the following day. After that interview, I was contacted by the recruiter to inquire how I felt the interview went. The recruiter was very prompt with all communications and followed up during every step of the interview/hiring process.
