They are very friendly and help when you are stuck. I got a coding question and had to code it for about 40 min. Later, my interviewer came and we went through the question and my code.

3 technical interviews - first is a programming interview on a computer, second is an algorithms interview on paper. The third is with rnd manager and he interview (didn't do the third interview session yet)
