The initial contact was made via email after a LinkedIn submission. The Executive Recruiter scheduled a 30 min conversation in order to see if there was a cultural fit. After the determination was made by the recruiter a second interview was scheduled with the eventual decision makers. After that within a few days an offer was made, and accepted. The overall process was thorough, throughout from start to finish. No detail was left out of the process. There was no chance of second guessing. The offer matched the details of all conversations. The details of the job posting matched up with the recruiters description.

I cannot say enough about the Executive Recruiters professionalism with regards to questioning. The questions asked related to culture, experience, expectations of the role, and overall industry experience. The questions allowed the two way dialogue that was most insightful into the true culture of Brightspeed, and expectations of the role.
