I spoke with a recruiter first as a screening - she was wonderful! I was then put in touch with an Executive Director at one of the two properties with this open position, we chatted via zoom. I think was put in contact with an Executive Director at the second property with this position available, we met in person. I spent at total of 1 hour and 45 minutes on the third interview - toured the property, met some staff and greeted a few residents along the way.
