There was an initial phone interview. Recruiter asked screening questions. First interview was with one of the managers. Second interview was with the second manager. Third interview was with the Director. Team met and discussed decision. The whole process took about a month.

The process was very laidback, friendly, and it moved quickly. I first completed a phone screen. The next step was a short take home assignment followed by a role play task and second interview. Finally, I interviewed with the department lead.
