I had two phone interviews. The first one was a general screening interview - we went over my background/resume, and talked about why I wanted to work for Brilliant Earth. My second phone interview was with the VP of the marketing department, and we went over, in more detail, how my background qualified me for the position. I also had a chance to talk about some of my ideas, and got to ask more detailed questions about the role and company culture. In both interviews, my interviewers were very professional yet personable. I got the impression that it would be a great company to work for.

Completed first round phone interview with employee who has the position currently. Lasted about 75 minutes. Asked me to talk her through my resume then asked pretty basic behavioral questions. Also asked about the mission of the company, why Brilliant Earth specifically, etc. She was really friendly and I really enjoyed talking to her. A few days later, I got an email to schedule a second round interview.
