They are not sure about interview process. In my case they first taken 2 technical and then HR round. After HR round I was taking followup for offer letter and after 2 weeks HR respond back to me with client interview plan. It was actually taken by their internal member only. Really bad experience of interview. Themselves not aware of is their genuine requirement or not in organization. I was fortunate that I didn't wait for their offer and tried for another offer. Otherwise HR was suggesting me to stop with other on going interviews I could be in serious trouble if I had listened to her request.
