The manager focused on my experience, reliability, and how I handle responsibility. Overall, it was a lot easier and more relaxed than typical interviews

It was pretty easygoing. Didn’t get too many actual interview questions it seemed like they judged more in character and the way you hold yourself. So just relax and be yourself should be cake.
