Interview process was a pain. Took two weeks to schedule and lots of back and forth. I was clear about desired salary. While I was interviewing another recruiter called me to setup the interview I was already in...poor communication. After a great interview with the team, was bummed to be offered 20k under asking and a lower position than advertised even though I qualified for the posting. They came back with a counteroffer of 6k more but I declined as it was still under and had a poor experience.

Interview process was fast and one of the nicest I had in my lifetime. You could see they were searching for someone who will fill their team not only with required skills but with character too.
