First screening with HR rep to check job requirements and need for reallocation package which was the case. Then multiple interviews one with hiring manager, then 3 panels. Final proposal from HR representative received. Relocation package was rescinded and the salary was not in the glassdoor range but quite below the low value of the range. When the glassdoor data was shared the HR representative said the data was false. Trying to negociate on sign in bonus to compensate what I would lose with resignation ended up in having to prove it and I didn't want to provide my salary documents. After trying to negociate probably too hard, HR told me they finally decided to propose the job to an internal candidate.

The process took 2 months. Clear process and good communication from HR. 3 steps: 1/ screening HR, 2/ hiring manager, 3/ panel. The panel focused more on technical questions rather than STAR/behavioral. After final round, got rejection email after 3 weeks.

6 person interview panel with situational based questions. This was a bit intimidating but the tone of the interview was light. There was a portion of skill based questions and then another portion of situation based questions. As this position has direct reports there were also many questions on management style.
