I applied online. I then had to do an online assessment before they were able to accept my application. A few days after they emailed me saying my application was successful and I was invited to the assessment day. I got to know the other candidates, all with different backgrounds and from different locations. We were a small group of 13 and were divided in to 2 for the first part which was the group task. The second part was where you were called individually for the role play. Unfortunately I wasn't good enough to go through. TIPS: Be confident and organize in the group task. Be a leader and work as a team. Say as much as you can even if you feel it will sound negative. In the role play you will have a paragraph to read out loud and then the next part is where the assessor pretends to be a customer who missed her connecting flight. You have to talk to her in a way that will calm and reassure her. That's where I went wrong. I focused too much on trying to look and sound positive when even at a situation like this you have to be firm with the "customer". Remember, the customer is angry and frustrated that they wiiiillll intimidate you. The role play was very challenging.

Easy and friendly people. Did an online interior. Breakout rooms for one on one sections. Asked to read a sheet then asked questions about my experience. How I have handled previous situations. Used star formula went very well.
