Once the online questions were accepted, I was invited to choose an assessment date. I went on 2nd August at 7.30 am. The process began with information on how the days would proceed: Documents checked, height test and jump seat test, then group work, (work out a flights necessities for £10,000). Then you were called to a one to one role play. The staff were very friendly, they are looking for honesty, not false reactions, be yourself, enjoy the day, they are looking for quiet confidence, not fake, over the top friendliness. (In my opinion). If successful, as I luckily was, you go on to the interview stage but be prepared, roughly 60 people arrived but about 12/15 got through.
