Very quick and convenient, After the phone screen all the tests and interviews took place in an ad hoc section the headquarters in Heathrow. There were two written tests: numerical reasoning and abstract logic. Then they took me to a room and gave me a data set on historical bookings to analyse; they asked me to come up wth a paper board presentation on the revenue opportunities for next year. I brought my slides to the interview room, presented my findings and answered the questions of my two interviewers. 30 min into the interview they moved on to questions on my resume. I got a job offer after a few weeks. The worst part of the whole process is what happened after that: the reference check process was very long, painful and disorganised.
