After arriving at my AD in July I was welcomed by the other candidates waiting! There were some great people so it helped make me feel relaxed And enjoy myself! The first stage was the height and reach test, and me being 5"3 was worried about this. I managed to pass the section but unfortunately two of the girls I had been talking to didn't pass the reach test and the jump seat test (feet have to be flat on the floor when in the jump seat) and got sent home (one was 5"2 the other 5"3)
After a long wait we gradually got called for either the group or role play activity, I had the role play first, and I have honestly never been so shaky, I was so nervous! But I managed to keep my voice clear and didn't come out feeling too disappointed with how I done!
Next was the group activity and I was thankful that the other girls I had been out with were lovely and we all agreed on everything really well!
There was then a long wait before being split off into the ones who passed onto the interview and the ones who got sent home!
I was one of the first to be called into the interview so didn't have much time to overthink but a lot of the others had notes to look at before going in! The interview went quick and the staff were lovely and friendly!

I applied on January for the cabin crew talent pool (Heathrow), received an email 4 months later to complete the online assessment, I'm now waiting for their response. The assessment was fairly easy, you just have to remember their company values.

Submit application on website, attach cv. Once accepted, complete the online assessment within 3 days of receiving the invite. (Maybe Psychometric style and situational judgment) British Airways do change the assessment types so bare in mind.

Starts with a group of about 25 people, then have to do a height and reach test accompanied by reading out a script to one of the interviewers to prove your english speech. Then have a group task with half the group to see how you interact with others. Then half the group are sent home and the other half go through to individual interviews.
