The Topic for GD was " If you have been Given 10 Lakhs for starting Business where will you do".
Here they will mostly focus on Experienced Candidates, I advice you Start the GD.

Pretty easy and straight forward , simple five questions regarding customer service, last more than fifteen minutes minutes , most of them are scenario questions refelecting on your pervious experience.

I applied online. Completed a couple of online assessments. Then I waited 6 months for an interview. The interview was via teams and included a couple of scenarios to go through and provide your feed back.
