The interview questions were the same when we filled an online form about our previous and present job roles.Description to the venue was clear and the interview started on time.British council interviews consist of a written test and a face to face interview.The test is valid for 6 months so if you apply for another position within 6 months of passing a test,you don't need to rewrite the test,you just go ahead to the 2nd part of the interview.Those interviewing us were polite and reassuring.Questions asked were clear and to the point.If there was any confusion,they waited or re phrased the questions.We were given a chance to discuss our answers for as long as we needed to.At the end of the interview we were also given an opportunity to ask questions and discuss any issues that were not clear to us.We were told we would get a feedback between 7-10 days of our interview and they got back to us as promised.I wasn't successful but I was given the opportunity to contact anyone on the panel to discuss a possible reason why I was unsuccessful.
