Competency based interview with 3 panel members: country director, programme director, and business development. It was an hour long on Teams. Interview was structured with further probing as and when needed.

The interview panel consist of the team leader and 2 regional representatives since the post was categorised as a regional post. The interview lasted for about one hour and was conducted fully in English. It covered past experiences and sector knowledge, and expertise.
