Three interviews for a 35k operations manager job. They then offered me a Centre Manager position FTC which was less money (traditionally these are more). They offered before xmas and then no one was available. I asked for more money to bring it inline with industry standard. They offered me £600pw which is still well below industry standard (£800 - £1000 pw). On the 2nd they offered me the salary increase which I accepted. On the 3rd of Jan they put the offer on hold. On the 7th of Jan i emailed asking for an update. Onthe 9th of Jan they withdrew their offer. Untrustworthy, unreliable and operate without consideration. Go with Oxford International, Ardmore, Stafford House or anyone but these absolute jokers.
