The interview was arranged by a recruiter who contacted me through LinkedIn. The job profile was matching with what I was currently working on and offered a better pay. My forte is in leading a development team from project inception to deployment. I worked as aa Solution Architect, Project Manager and Development lead and the job was looking for someone with similar experience.

Does not equate to the position...It was long and drawn out with no real structure. Long Phone Screen with consultant to answer questions - 1 1/2 hours 1st In-Person to meet the Senior Administrator and Consultant - 1 hour 2nd In-Person to meet a couple of the VP's and CEO - 3 hours
