The interview process was roughly a month long and involved meeting with different executives in the company through 4-5 interviews total. The first interview was a screening call to see if team members at the local office felt I had potential to move forward. The next was with my potential boss and then his boss as well. Then I met with the VP of Finance, who is also at the office onsite - then finally the CEO and owner who ultimately offered me the position.
