I had phone screen, plus interview with Executive Assistant, VP and another "director" who never even told me who he was. I also had to do writing sample and computer test. .I went to the office three times total. I was called one morning and asked to come in same day when they knew I was still employed. I did what they asked when they asked and never got the respect of a phone call as to why I was not picked. Instead I received a standard thank you but no thank you email from the HR department. Lame!!
