Was first interviewed by a headhunter. Found out that I was only a freshmen in college. Yet, the headhunter still sent my resume to Broadcom HR. I was given a call the next day asking me to go into the office for an office interview. Was given a few tasks to complete to test my English ability and my data entry skills. A few days later, I was given another call saying that the head of HR of Taiwan wanted to meet up with me for a last interview. She just wanted to make sure that I was willing to learn even if I had no experience whatsoever.
