On site: 5-8 people each 45 minutes asking technical questions
One slot is for HR, one for hiring manager, rest are technical interviewers.

Not that difficult. It's a panel interview, during which we mostly chatted about my past experience. People then asked technical questions here and there to see how hands on I was and whether I really had the experience I described in my resume. There were some whiteboard drawing to explain the stuff I was doing.
