The interview process was smooth and well-organized. There were a total of 5 rounds: 3 technical, 1 managerial, and finally, HR. All rounds were completed within 10 days, which I appreciated for its efficiency. The HR team was particularly good—they kept in constant touch with me throughout the process, which was reassuring.
However, the downside of my experience came after I was selected. I was informed that the offer letter would be released the following week, but then I didn’t hear from them for a while. After some time, they told me there was a hiring freeze, and I had to wait for further updates. I waited for three months, and eventually, I received an email stating that the position I was hired for no longer exists. This lack of communication and the unexpected change in the situation was frustrating and disappointing.
