Personally didn't have an interview but the process the recruiters use to determine candidates and the communication with candidates needs to be looked at and overhauled. I have never experienced anything more disrespectful then to wait almost a month to hear from your recruiter after applying; and when I did get any communication via email or phone it was to notify me that the position was filled.
Then tell me my background stood out to you and to join your "network" so you can automatically reconsider me for other positions.
If my background stuck out to you then why didn't I receive an email a phone call.......Anything!!!!!!! Until I was notified the position was filled then give me a slap in the face to tell me my background stood out. I have never felt more disrespected if I didn't qualify (which I highly doubt) then just say it.
