My first interview was with the hiring manager about two weeks after I applied. It was an easy interview, no behavioral questions. My second interview was two weeks later and it was a panel interview with the team I would be working with. Once again, easy interview but some of the team members were unprepared and it was obvious they did not review my resume in advance. I was told I would hear one way or the other within 2 weeks. It took 6 weeks for HR to send me the standard rejection email.
