Communication was pretty terrible. I had a recruiter interview and was told they’d do their best in getting back to me but that it was busy? Not really an acceptable practice. I never heard anything so I followed up proactively and never heard anything so assuming it’s a no.
The interview process wasn’t bad and very straightforward! They were clear on what is offered for the position and what to expect. Salary, bonus invectives and benefits were all clearly explained and how to expect raises and reviews and job positioning moving forward
