The recruiter never reached out. Instead, I received a half-hearted email from a director. The interview that followed was with two directors who clearly didn’t want to be there. After that, there was complete silence—no follow-up, no communication. I had to check the portal myself to find out I wasn’t selected. Even emails went unanswered. If this is how they handle candidates, I can only imagine how poor things must be internally. I’d recommend avoiding this company.
